While film making is what I do, and acting is my gift, editing is my job. I don't mean that in a bad way. I have been editing for eight years on Final Cut Pro now, one of those years professionally.

I can give you anything you want as an editor. I've done all sorts of styles; from MTV type stuff to narrative, reality shows, sizzle reels, docs, you name it.

EQUIPMENT

Mac Pro, duel monitors with one cinema display.

Final Cut Studio 2 which includes FCP 6.04, Motion, Color, Cinematools and DVD  Studio Pro. I am adept at all of these programs, and have mastered FCP, Color and DVD Studio.

This is my rate for both editing and color correcting.

Whether it’s a car chase resulting in explosions or a simple gaze between two people, I love the thrill of seeing a moment transpire on screen. My goal is to get it right. To get the pacing and the energy appropriate for the scene, while also exploring creative ways to draw the maximum potential out of a piece.

I worked temporarily as an editor, putting together documentaries, virals, and television programs.

The Dingbat Comedies are a series of professional short films that are shown on Openfilm.com. Currently these films are among the top 15 most watched on the site. I write, direct and act in them too, but it’s my editing style that paces them a certain way that people enjoy.
EGGNOG, LOS ANGELES, CA, NOVEMBER 2008 - PRESENT
I’ve been involved with this documentary for months, present on all the shooting days, and can say that it has been one of most fun films I’ve been blessed to edit.
THEOPHILUS PRODUCTIONS, OR, 2005-2007
I produced and edited three low budget feature films in Corvallis, OR. While these films are unrecognizable, they provide some of my proudest work. I also edited several shorts and commercials during this period.

As a freelance editor, I have worked on many shorts, virals, reality shows, and features, both as a single editor and part of a team. I’ve done color correcting, green screen work and even a little motion graphics.
